Apple and Onion Glazed Pork Steaks
Okay, so yesterday I decided not to cook anything super extravagant, but keep it simple with a flare. So I took pork steaks and pan cooked them in olive oil. Then I added some slice granny smith apples that I had left over from a few days ago and added them to the pan when the pork steaks were done, with a little bit of chopped yellow onion, sugar and a touch of white wine. It made a nice glaze for the pork steak. With that we had yellow rice and sweet peas. Very simple meal with a flare.
