Went to the grocery store yesterday and saw the most pretties lamb chops and I could not pass them up. So today I made pan cooked Lamb Chops in a Mushroom Sherry Sauce on a bed of Papparadella pasta.
The lamb was seasoned with seasoning salt, pepper, garlic powder and cooked in olive oil.
Seared all sides of Lamb and added sliced onion and baby bella mushrooms halved. Deglazed the pan with cooking sherry, then thicken the sauce with flour water. 
Lamb was served on a bed of Papparadella Pasta.
