Hello all, I hope you’ve had a Happy Christmas filled with family, friends and good food. This year, Christmas was very low-key. Just the family spending time at home, laughing and cooking.
Speaking of Cooking. This year, may daughters gifted me with making Christmas/Christmas Eve dinner. I didn’t have to cook a thing, but I came down to record and offer moral support and answer any questions they may have had.
Seeing them in the kitchen, preparing such a big meal warmed my heart and made me smile. They learned well from all the years of watching me cook.
If you would like to see what they cooked and how it turned out, check out the video below.

Christmas morning started of rocky. After make our usual Christmas morning Belgium waffles, I found that our syrup had some weird white stuff in it. Fortunately I was the only one that at it, unfortunately, it made me sick, even though I only at a small portion.
However, after a nice nap, I made HotPot for Christmas dinner.
Although there were some bumps along the way, the day was relaxing and enjoyable. Check out the video below.
Additional, I want to thank you all for the continued support. A few weeks ago, this blog turned 11!!! I have been doing this for 11 years and have enjoyed all of it. I also would like to wish you all a very happy, blessed and safe New Year. Hope to See you in 2022! Until next time remember to Cook Eat Enjoy, Travel Live and Repeat!!

For the coffee lover out there, the Keurig K-Duo is the ticket. You can make coffee the traditional way with coffee grounds, or you can use the many flavors of K-cups.
I think everyone should have both a blender and food processor, to make smoothies and to make chopping up certain foods easier. There can be nothing better than a machine that does it both.
I love popcorn, but sometime the microwavable bags have ingredients in them that I would prefer not to eat. I loved make popcorn as a child in a pot with some butter. Now they have made this Hotpop, which allows you to make loose popcorn and only add in what you want.
